Excerpt from a 9/1/17 letter sent by a prisoner at Waupun Correctional:
“I’ve sent name of prospective members [of the IWW] & confer with them, often, about I.C.E (“Complaints”), to file & right now I’m organizing the attack of the 701 channel for racial discrimination (No Spanish language/media outlet & station available). This change will satisfy all in WCI. I got WCI an all African American based station (“bounce”) already. So I am actually doing what I applied for.” [9/1/17]
Conditions in the Wisconsin prison system need to change.
