Number to call: (920) 324-5571 ask for the warden, you’ll be transferred to warden’s secretary
Sample script: “I’m part of IWOC’s network, and am calling about the shutdown of phones that happened on 9/16/20. Can you tell me why phone access was not provided on the north side of Waupun then? I’d also like to know why 10 incarcerated people have been given conduct reports for group resistance for opposing this restriction of phones. Why is this happening?”
When to call: Ideal time is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but if you can only call later that still has an effect.
