Number to call: Capt Wayne Bauer at Waupun Correctional call 920-324-7204, or email at Wayne.Bauer@wisconsin.gov
Sample script: “Capt Bauer, my name is ______________ and I’m a volunteer of the Incarcerated Workers Organizing Committee, IWOC, in Wisconsin. I’m calling out of concern regarding inadequate and limited phone access at Waupun Correctional Institution. We have heard numerous complaints from incarcerated people that phones are moved inconsistently, at limited hours, and that few people get access to the phones. Can officers ensure that these phones are rotated among cells in incremented periods per cell and/or person?”
