We can talk about PRC issues, we can talk about how outrageously priced canteen items are, the ridiculously priced hygiene products from Unions ” personal care package program”, we need to unitarily be defiant with the abstinence from ordering any of these products to show we are fed up with the price INCREASE, on top of price INCREASE on top of price INCREASE

There is the issue we are all familiarized with is the slow progression in price increase ¢.10 here ¢.03 there the next thing you know we are subjected to a $10.00 bottle of mouthwash…?

That does not match up to the dysfunctional Medical care we are forced to be reliant on here at FLCI. The procrastination and dereliction in the adequacy of treatment by inexperience individuals whose incompetency or  the lack of education and for some both,  should not have the capacity to be a diagnostician dealing with the course of your medical treatment protocol. To receive adequate medical care we need to start off with the treatment/regime from a qualified medical staff member, when you challenge their diagnostic decision you get ” inmate became very argumentative and uncooperative to finish the exam” look the DOC has a obligatory responsibility to treat our medical care that needs to be tailored to our individualized need, this is the hypocrisy we deal with, here’s a statement from the top cat in HSU ” your providers offering, and they are utilizing their medical professional opinions to determine the best suited plan of care that is available. The same philosophy holds true for the medication regime” its pathetic that we have to sure come to begging for health care in this day and age.

I mention the “switch-a-roo” tool the DOC uses as a deflection from the appropriateness of medical care. Its representative with the moving from one provider to another, and another… The redundancies of hearing ” we will start you with some muscle rub, ibuprofen, and please drink more water”, ” if you have an acute injury use ice”.  I get it it’s not the Mayo clinic but it is daunting when you are faced with health care that is  so meticulously manipulated to serve against solving the conditions.

All I’m asking for is our health care to be timelessly executed with appropriately individualism concerning a course of treatment , its hard for me to hold back my anger when i see so many health care provider – provide so little to no health care…! You can bring up what other medication were advantageously helpful, that you would like to get back to that medication regime, now your a malingering drug seeker who is a poly substance abuser???

We know that to receive quantifiable health care it has to start off with the treatment by a qualified medical staff member. In knowingness that there are crucial heath care conditions that are overlooked and could be a life or death conditions…!

We are all encouraged to use the iconic ICR process  to resolve our complaints, their cookie cutter responses to determine the resolution of your complaints is showing that they are not being individualistic and refrains from being biased they are guilty for the disregards of the truth… Ms Bartow  ICE here in FLCI needs to take the blinders off so she is exposed to what is really going on. Her favorite word is “DISMISSED”. I only just scratch the surface, with how  diabolically noxious the WIDOC is. When you start asking  questions , they come back with being maliciously retaliatory towards the individual.  Alright regurgitate all that, I will thank you for the time you spent reading this, reminder please stand up for our  USA CONSTITUTIONALITY everyone should be in the battle from the overwhelming BUREAUCRACIES that is forced fed to us. Piece out brother’s.

I just wanted to bring to everyone’s attention all Fox Lake is doing to reduce our ability to protect ourselves. Previously to Covid-19 we had free access to:

Diversey Alpha-hp Multi-surface disinfectant cleaner which is 4.25% Hydrogen peroxide and after wetting object thoroughly with it has a 5 minute contact time;

Diversey Oxivir® TB Wipes which are 0.5% Hydrogen Peroxide and kill most known viruses by visibly remaining wet on surfaces for 1 minute and have a 5 minute contact (dwell) time. They hid those away and tell us to use:

Buckeye Eco® Neutral Disinfectant, which has Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride 10.14%, which must remain wet for 4 minutes and has a 10 minute contact time. So it needs to remain visibly wet for 4 times as long and moist for twice as long.

The new security director, is now forcing us to wrap our phones in “Press & Seal” Saran wrap because I guess our people could hear us too well with just our face masks on. Speaking of masks pre-Covid we had full access to certified surgical face masks from both unit Sgt’s as well as from c.o. in main kitchen for the workers. Again they took those away from us and replaced them with cheap, homemade, cloth, non-certified face masks, which aren’t guaranteed to protect against anything. Neither are the ones that they’re currently “allowing” us to purchase from venders. No FDA, NIH, or EPA regulation.

They’ve also added 2 phones on each wing to our previous 2 for a total of 4, which means inmates are 2 feet from each other at best while using the phone.

We all are in bad shape here at fox lake simply because of simple minded Warden & Security Director plan to kill off some of the community to ease over crowding.  We can take however we want to, but the fact still remain that the administration allowed these people with Covid-19 to be transferred into fox lake. People with preexisting medical conditions such as myself and individuals in Unit-3 are basically sitting ducks waiting to be killed.  The DOC is well aware of their actions, and trying to shift the blame onto the inmates/patients in their care by claiming that the janitors such as myself isn’t doing enough to stop the spread of Covid-19.  Truth of the matter is, COVID19 would have never made it into fox lake had it not been for the greed of money by the administration in both Madison & Fox Lake.  So,  contact your family and inform them that your life has been put in danger because the COVID-19 has been let into Fox Lake.  If, you have serious medical preexisting conditions you should contact your family immediately following this message !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m in “unit 1 D” here in fox lake where the officers brought covid and since we started to be positive for this virus the officers have been treating us here as if we broke some type of rule or if it was our fault that all this is going on, if anything we are victims of their negligence, I don’t see the reason why is it that they gotta come to work with a mest up attitude,,,

Fox Lake

I have evidence that shows some people in the DOC. are willing to committing felons to keep us inmate from move forward.

On or around 10-29-2020 an inmate at Fox Lake Correctional tried to mail out a P.R.C. appeal form with other documents Via certified mail, that he paid for and received the other half of the certified tag verifying what he paid for.

This inmate had no reason to think anything was a miss until a Sargent on my unit called him in to the office and gave him his original envelope he sent out. when he looked inside he found the his original PRC appeal form with a big red X running through the document. the problem is the form never made it to Madison’s main DOC office.

this was made clear because the portion of the form that the appeals office in Madison fills out was blank. so this inmate called home to verify if the certified letter even left the institution. through the wonders of the internet his concerns were confirmed. the certified letter had never left the  institution. It was rerouted to the office he was appealing. this just shows you the lengths some employees at the DOC will go through to keep us inmates down. This is a wide spread problem. this is one example of the many unbalanced this the DOC gets away with.

How do we keep them (DOC) in check with no one looking at the thing they do. we have checks and balances in our government why should the DOC be any different.

Standing always with you all
