I am contacting you out of concern over the recent limiting of phone calls for people incarcerated at Columbia. These new restrictions are harmful and unnecessary. Imprisoned people should be able to call their loved ones more frequently, things are stressful and 4 times a week isn’t enough for some people. I hope that you can restore the old phone policy right away.
