“My problem is with prison guards and inmates that are sadistic and perverted that force they’re sexual desire…Since 2003 I’ve been the victim of rapes and sexual assaults by mostly prison guards….Unfortunately in my attempts to expose it by seeking medical care and judicial relief, have been met with prison retaliation, harassment and torture. I am in the hole now for it. I recently filed
a lawsuit in the U.S. Eastern District court case 18-CV-1030…A number of inmates have committed suicide. I don’t know how much more I can take.”
Conditions in the Wisconsin prison system need to change.
